Mr. Nichols has participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions involving manufacturing, health care and automobile dealerships. He is also involved in tax and estate planning for individuals and for closely-held companies including formation and corporate governance issues such as employment agreements, stock options, deferred compensation and non-compete provisions.
Stanley H. Shayne
Retired
Mr. Shayne has over 40 years of experience practicing business, corporate, securities, finance and healthcare law, and represents major local companies and their families. He has substantial experience in the financings of companies, including start-ups, acquisitions, security offerings and venture capital. He has directed and participated in hundreds of ventures, from manufacturing, health care facilities, golf courses, automobile dealerships and real estate. Mr. Shayne’s business and corporate experience includes mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. He also has substantial experience in intrastate security offerings and work outs with lenders.
Mr. Shayne has served as a member of various community organizations including the Columbus Jewish Foundation, Maryhaven Foundation, Legal and Tax Advisory Committee of the Columbus Jewish Foundation, and the National Center for Employee Ownership. Mr. Shayne has spoken at various seminars including those sponsored by certified public accounting associations, health care organizations, automobile dealership groups and securities organizations.
